Due to unrest in the cities, many Chin people fled to the villages and hills near the Myanmar-India border. Even then, fighting continues and villages are raided by the military. This village faces a bad harvest this year. Road blocks by the military hamper the transport of food to the villages. Thank the Lord that He opens the way for food and medical supplies to be purchased from the city and transported to this village. It takes 2 days for the truck to deliver the goods to the village. 60 households receive rice and oil. Thanks also to the Singaporean Christians who gave generously.
